Bible Studies & Small Groups

Reading and meditating on God’s Word is a central focus of our lives together. As a member congregation of The North American Lutheran Church, we are conservative and scripturally grounded.

Join our prayer group in the narthex lounge each Thursday morning beginning at 9:30.

Pub Theology meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at Pizza Hut on Lexington-Springmill Road at 6pm.  Hot topics in today’s culture are discussed from a biblical viewpoint.

Our Men’s Bible Study meets weekly in the Emmaus Room each Saturday morning at 9am.

Our Women’s Bible Study meets September through May on the second Monday of each month at 1:00 in the homes of FELC members or in the Emmaus room.  (Check The Visitor for the monthly location, or please call our church office)

Numerous Small Groups meet throughout the year for fellowship, service, prayer and study. If you would like to explore a group, contact the church office.  Groups are made up of couples and singles who decide together on curriculum. Sometimes they do traditional Bible studies, but sometimes these groups study contemporary Christian books or video series. At times, these groups take on ministry projects as well.  You’re welcome to join an existing group or create one of your own.

On Wednesday evenings during Lent, the small groups take turns providing soup suppers that precede our Lenten worship and study.

Join us for an evening of fellowship with our Arts & Crafts group.  Please check The Visitor for the date and time or call the church office.

Our FELC Book Club meets on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 2pm in the Emmaus Room.

Call the church office at 419-522-0662 to be connected to a Small Group.
